Our recent customer named Peter is from the British Virgin Islands; he needed an advanced handling solution for his luxury hotel projects. He has two mezzanine floors in his warehouse and every day the workers had to go up and down the stairs to carry boxes between the floors. It had become too hectic for the team to carry out daily tasks which is why the owner contacted us for a reliable mezzanine goods lift for his warehouse.
The Design Solution We Pitched:
As always, we present different options to our clients so that they can choose one that meets their requirements perfectly. For us, safety comes first! The workers transfer thousands of boxes every day between the floors in the warehouse, which is a risky task. We tried to incorporate as many safety features in the lift as possible. We presented a design of a warehouse goods lift according to the upper door size with the platform size of 1300*1300mm to get a larger surface area. The second floor has a height of 1900mm; hence we designed the solution of XYZ mezzanine goods lift with the overhead height of 1800mm.
As we never compromise on the quality of our advanced warehouse goods lifts, the mezzanine goods lift was equipped with safety devices and mesh cover for the users. We built up the mezzanine goods lift, keeping in mind all the safety measures. An overload warning has been incorporated in the lift, this will prevent overloading. There is also an Inter-lock on all the doors, in case the lift door is not fully closed, the lift would not operate.
