Lawrence, from an event planning company in Bahrain, is organizing a performance on November 18th in Bahrain. They plan to purchase two car turntables with diameter of 8 meters and capacity of 6 tons, as well as one car turntable with diameter of 10 meters and capacity of 8 tons, to be used as rotating stages. All the performers will perform together on the stage.
Turntable requirement & solution:
1. Lawrence emphasized that the stage needs to be delivered to Bahrain by November 15th to ensure they can complete the installation before the performance. At the time of the inquiry, there was only about one and a half months left until November 15th, making the order very urgent.
Therefore, we quickly contacted the shipping company to confirm the recent available sailing, which takes 31 days, ensuring arrival at Bahrain Port by November 15th. This also means we only have 10 days of production time. We immediately informed the client of the delivery and shipping schedule, and assured them that we would work overtime to ensure on-time delivery.
2.Since the turntables are used for a performance, Lawrence requested that the rotation speed be adjustable.
To meet the client’s requirements, we used a frequency converter to adjust the rotation speed and added the feature to control the rotation direction, ensuring a perfect performance presentation.
3.Lawrence informed us that this is a temporary stage performance, so the car turntables need to be modular for easy installation and removal. This way, he can use them for other events or rent them out to others.
Our technical team conducted multiple designs and inspections, ultimately creating the best structural solution to ensure the turntables are easy to install and dismantle.
4.Lawrence requires three-phase power supply with a voltage range between 380V and 480V, so that the equipment can be used in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Since the voltage range for three-phase power in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia varies significantly, our team, in close consultation with the client, proposed the final solution: using a single-phase power supply. The voltage in both countries is similar, ensuring that the turntables can be used in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
5.After Lawrence paid the deposit, they were still concerned about whether we would deliver on time, fearing that any delays might affect the performance.
We provided regular updates with photos and videos of the production process, ensuring that Lawrence was fully involved in the progress. He was pleased to see the development of the turntables.

In the end, our team worked overtime for 10 consecutive days and delivered the three turntables on time, fully meeting all of the client’s requirements. The turntables passed load testing, and we also provided the client with installation and operation manuals, a two-year warranty, and lifetime technical support.
