The Latvia customer sent us an inquiry on August 27th, initially requesting quotation for one unit of 8m electric scissor lift. Our sales team responded promptly and clarified all technical details with the client, including local working voltage, plug type and machine color.
During communication, the customer was highly satisfied with our fast response and professional service. Finally, the client decided to expand the order to 2 self-propelled electric scissor lifts: one unit with 8m platform height and one unit with 10m platform height, both customized in orange color.
The customer paid the deposit on September 3rd. Our factory immediately started production. All two scissor lifts were fully manufactured and passed factory inspection on September 17th. After inspection, the machines were wrapped, affixed the CE mark and packed into export wooden crates for sea shipment to Latvia.
