This Cambodia customer sent us an inquiry on June 2nd, only specifying the quantity of 6 units and load capacity of 8 tons for fixed dock levelers. After efficient online communication, the client finalized all detailed specifications on June 18th, including full accessory list, green paint color, working voltage and other technical requirements.
The customer placed order and paid deposit on June 24th. Our production team kicked off manufacturing immediately. All goods were fully manufactured and passed customer inspection on July 8th.
Finished units were packed in workshop on July 10th: every two dock levelers were packed into one wooden box, total 3 boxes. Each box dimension: 2620×2120×1720 mm, gross weight 1700 kg. Shortly afterwards, all cargo was loaded into container for sea shipment to Cambodia.
