In March, XYZLIFT received an inquiry from Jar, who is from an Australian prefabricated concrete installation company. He stated he was looking for goods lifts and a car turntable for an upcoming new project. He informed us that site work would commence in May, with the entire construction process expected to take four months.

Customer's concerns & XYZLIFT solutions
Jar ultimately selected the lift with a mesh enclosure, equipped with a distribution box and motor that comply with Australian standards. Installation was another key concern for Jar; he asked if we had installation personnel in Australia. We recommended our agent, Michael. As a long-standing customer, Michael has purchased and installed many of our goods lifts, giving him extensive knowledge of both our products and the installation process.
With Michael’s assistance, the project progressed more smoothly. Jar first purchased one goods lift, which has now been delivered and is preparing for installation. This week, he followed up with an order for the car turntable.
