Carlos is a partner at a high-altitude cleaning company in Costa Rica. Last year, we received an inquiry from him regarding towable boom lift. His team was looking for a towable boom lift for their daily outdoor high-altitude cleaning operations. However, the project was temporarily put on hold as his team decided to prioritize purchasing a batch of drones for outdoor cleaning first. This year, we heard from Carlos again; he now plans to purchase a 12-meter towable boom lift with petrol and DC battery power for their new office.

Q1.What other extras or upgrades do you offer?
A1.We will provide the user manual, spare parts, and tools before shipment. Please check the following picture.
Q2.Tell me the advantage of buying in 24v or 48v please.
A2.We usually use 24V, which is sufficient. 48V is also available and can be used for a longer period of time. 24V battery can use 8 hours, 48V battery can use 12hours.
What We Did:
1.Regarding the battery power, we typically use 24V Chaowei batteries, and our standard towable boom lift designs are based on 24V. Since the customer opted for 48V batteries – which allow for longer operation (up to 12 hours) – we needed to accommodate this. Standard 48V Chaowei batteries are larger and there wasn’t sufficient space for them. Therefore, we used 48V lithium batteries as an alternative. These lithium batteries are more compact. We placed the four high-capacity batteries separately underneath the platform.
2.To ensure the towable boom lift functions correctly before leaving the factory, we conducted rigorous pre-shipment tests. These tests included verifying the platform height of 12 meters, checking the normal operation of the main and jib arms, ensuring 360° rotation, and testing the optional functions of auxiliary travel and one-button leveling.
3.To help the customer understand the operating procedure clearly, we placed operation step labels in prominent positions on the equipment. This ensures the customer can quickly familiarize themselves with the process and start using it. We also created a detailed operation video for the customer to review and learn from.
4.To facilitate wiring for the customer, we used different colored cards for marking.
5.Based on the standard electrical sockets in the customer’s location, we customized the power plug and charger to meet local standards.

I am very satisfied with the service from the XYZLIFT team. During the production period, they continuously updated me with photos, keeping me informed about the progress. After production was completed, they showed me detailed test videos. Seeing these test videos, I am very much looking forward to receiving my towable boom lift. What surprised me even more was that they specifically created an operation video based on my order to help me learn how to operate it faster.
