A client from the UAE had previously purchased the main components of a car turntable, including the motor, wheels, and control cabinet. They planned to source the raw metal parts locally in the UAE and weld the frame on-site. We provided the client with detailed drawings of the metal parts. The client then prepared to purchase, cut, and weld the materials on-site according to our drawings. Example drawings:
After receiving the main unit, the customer, due to local technical limitations and concerns about perfectly completing the welding and cutting processes, contacted us again to purchase the remaining frame components. We completed the frame components according to the drawings previously provided to the customer. The customer’s specific requirements are as follows:
1. Remaining frame and connecting parts from the initial shipment
2. Total equipment height 200mm, including a 180mm platform height and a 20mm recess
3. LED strip
In response to the customer’s requirements, we made the following structural adjustments:
1. The maximum self-height of the turntable is 200mm. After discussion with our technical team, we replaced the rectangular tube of the bottom wheel base with a sheet metal track.
2. Make a 20mm groove; the client needs locally laid decorative surface to match the stage color.
3. Adding two rings of LED strips will create the effect shown in the picture.
