Special Custom Scissor Lift
The client is a Thailand-based company engaged in the lift industry, mainly undertaking projects such as material handling and intelligent transportation. It is a well-known import and export trading company in Thailand.
We received the client’s inquiry on June 11, in which the client expressed interest in scissor lift platforms and specified the following dimensions:
1.Load Capacity: 2000 kg
2.Table Size:900 x1400 mm
3.Lifting Height (including base):1000mm
4.Lowering Height (including base):400-450 mm
We responded quickly to the client-provided dimensions by sending over the drawings and quotation. The client said they had passed these to the end customer and asked us to wait for the reply patiently.
The client called on the morning of July 5 to advise that some on-site dimensions had changed, with one key point to take note of:
1. Pit dimensions have changed.
The key reminder is a 500mm-high threshold—the equipment’s underframe must be 450mm narrower than the platform to guarantee it fits completely into the pit.
