1. Initial Communication:

2. Factory Visit Preparation

3. On-Site Inspection (Mid-November)

Shutter Rolling Door Production: He inspected door thickness, roller balance, and motor types. We showed similar products being manufactured for other export projects and explained installation and packaging methods.
4. Decision & Order Placement

After the visit, we followed up promptly, updating quotations and drawings based on site discussions. Shortly after returning to the UK, Tom placed the full order for 1 customized hydraulic goods lift and 28 roller shutter doors.
