We received the order for two Traction Cargo Elevator from Brazil company in July, and our installation team traveled to Manaus, Brazil in December to do the installation work.
1. Shaft preparation: The customer builds their own concrete shaft.
2. Tool Preparation
Tools Required:
- Two 3-ton chain hoists (6m chain length)
- Two impact drills
- Five impact drill bits each (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm)
- Two lithium-ion battery electric wrenches (two each with 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 24mm sockets)
- One lithium-ion battery hand drill (five Phillips head bits)
- One welding machine (including protective mask, welding rods, and welding gloves)
- One angle grinder (with several cutting discs and polishing discs)
- Two sets of various wrenches ranging from 10mm to 24mm
3. Preparations before installation: Measure the verticality and inclination of the shaft.
4. Install the lifting hooks according to the markings on the civil engineering drawings.
5. Install the main beam and guide rails.
