Customers can customize personalized home lifts to meet diverse aesthetic and practical needs.
On September 25, we received an inquiry from Aric regarding a 3-story home lift.
The customer mentioned that he had purchased a new 3-storey house and planned to install a home lift.
However, there are many local regulations for lift installation in Singapore, so he wanted to find out more details first.
In Singapore, installing a lift requires government approval, and the lift can only be used after obtaining PE certification. We have successfully obtained PE certification for more than 10 lifts in Singapore, so the process is not complicated for us. We have local agents who can provide a full set of services.
After learning this, the customer said his house would be handed over in November, and he would provide detailed information at that time.
In November, the customer sent the measured dimensions. He intended to install the lift in the middle of the staircase, with the on-site dimensions as follows:
- Travel height:7551mm
- Installation size:900*1570mm
- Car size:640*1000mm
- Pit height:200mm
- Three floors with glass shaft
After obtaining his approval, we proceeded with the elevator configuration.
The customer mentioned that his wife is very fond of rose gold and hoped the entire elevator would be finished in this color. We offered optional rose gold for both the hoistway and the car, allowing the customer to select his preferred style.
With production taking one month and another month required for delivery to his address, the timeline was extremely tight, so we expedited the production process.
Production was completed on December 25, and we shared inspection photos and videos with the customer.
The customer received the goods shortly after.
The customer engaged a local installation team and requested our technical support.
We set up a WeChat group to provide real-time guidance throughout the installation.
With our professional assistance, the installation was completed smoothly and efficiently.
