First trial order: 2 sets of hydraulic villa elevators
This partner is a professional local elevator company in Australia, with long-standing expertise in residential and community elevator projects.
They already have an established supplier and maintain strict requirements for product quality, certifications and local after-sales service.
In September 2024, the customer sent their first inquiry to XYZLIFT.
As they already had an established and stable supplier partnership, we were initially regarded as an alternative option.
However, the customer’s core requirements — narrow shaft space, shallow pit, wide door opening and high safety performance — perfectly align with XYZLIFT’s strengths in custom residential elevators. Both sides have since maintained ongoing communication and technical coordination.
In June 2025, XYZLIFT successfully obtained AS 1735 Australian standard certification and set up a local installation and technical support team covering Australia. We have since been fully equipped to provide in-depth services for the Australian market, after which the customer immediately launched formal cooperation negotiations.
In August 2025, the customer informed us that they would come to China for factory inspections and planned to visit our facility to review our products. We received the customer on August 19th, and they mentioned they had already toured 5 to 6 factories across China, with ours being their final stop. We accompanied them throughout the visit and gave a full product and factory presentation.

On September 30, 2025, we received a message from the customer stating that he is handling a residential community project involving a total of 10 elevators, and requested us to quote our best price as soon as possible.

Since the customer is not familiar with elevator types, we need to provide both hydraulic and traction solutions.
Hydraulic solution: Car size: 1070 × 900 mm Manual swing door clear opening: up to 900 mm
Traction solution:Car size: 850 × 1100 mm Manual swing door maximum clear opening: up to 700 mm
After comprehensive consideration of space utilization rate and door opening width, the customer finally confirmed to adopt the hydraulic elevator solution. We provided the technical drawings and formal quotation based on the dimensions sent by the customer.
On October 17, 2025, the technical director and project manager of XYZLIFT traveled to Australia to hold on-site discussions with the client, confirm technical details, and answer questions regarding installation, which further strengthened the client’s confidence in us. The client gave feedback that the solution approval went smoothly and the official order would be placed shortly.
On November 3, 2025, we officially received the customer’s bank slip, and production was launched for the trial order of 2 hydraulic villa elevators. As the project site was not fully ready, the customer placed these 2 units as a trial order. After verifying our products, delivery lead time and service quality, they will proceed with the remaining 8 elevators.
This project marks a landmark breakthrough for XYZLIFT in further penetrating Australia’s residential villa elevator market.
