Last year, we received an inquiry from our returning customer Carlos in Peru. He had purchased one goods lift from us in 2022 and was very satisfied with its performance. As his factory expanded over the past two years, his material handling needs grew significantly, leading him to request two additional goods lifts.

XYZLIFT Customized Solutions
Given the relatively high lifting heights and the customer’s specific concerns, we provided the following tailored solutions:
1. Dual Motor Configuration for Stable Speed
To ensure the lifting speed reaches 10 m/min even under full load, we added one extra motor per unit — a total of two 4.0 kW motors per lift — guaranteeing stable and reliable performance.
2.Deceleration Limit Switches for Smooth Stops
Carlos was concerned that higher speeds might cause strong impacts when reaching the target floor. In addition to the standard limit switches, we installed deceleration limit switches at each stop. The platform first slows down and then stops smoothly, significantly reducing shock.
3.Frequency Inverter for Precise Speed Control
We added a frequency inverter inside the electrical control panel to allow real-time speed adjustment, preventing the lift from running too fast or too slow, while also enhancing operational safety and stability.
4.Safety Anti-Fall Device
For the second unit, we equipped a professional safety anti-fall device as requested. In the event of a chain or wire rope breakage, the device automatically locks to prevent the platform from falling — ensuring maximum safety for both personnel and goods.
Pre-delivery Testing
Before shipment, we conducted comprehensive no-load and full-load tests on both goods lifts following XYZLIFT’s strict testing procedures — including speed, stopping accuracy, deceleration performance, and the reliability of the safety anti-fall device.
The entire test process was recorded on video, allowing the customer to verify the equipment condition prior to delivery.
