We received an inquiry for a home elevator from Sydney.
The client wanted to install an elevator in his Sydney house, specifically a panoramic elevator on the outdoor balcony. Our Sydney agent visited the client’s site to take measurements and analyze the situation. The client wanted a 1300*1400 car size, but this exceeded the dimensions for a residential elevator. We did not recommend such a large car size; residential elevator dimensions should be kept within 1300mm. Since the client had no foundation pit for installation, we will raise the door frame. After installation, the client will build a concrete ramp for wheelchair access.
The client’s on-site installation environment is as follows:
Because Australia has a 900mm width limit for door openings, a center-opening door would require over 2000mm of shaft space. Therefore, we recommend that our clients choose a side-opening door.
The preliminary plan is as follows:
The client subsequently changed the entry and exit direction plan to a 90-degree angle, with the following entry and exit directions:
Customer Requirements:
Hydraulic shaft dimensions: 1800*1950 mm
Load capacity: 400 kg
Lifting height: 2820 mm
Top height: 3000 mm
After analyzing the drawings, the team provided a final solution.
