Project Background
On May 15, 2026, we received an inquiry from Google for 3 units of Telescopic Lip Dock Levelers. The client was building a new loading dock area, but the pit had not been constructed yet. So, at the early stage, the client needed strong technical support to make sure the civil work would match the equipment installation requirements.
After receiving the inquiry, the XYZLIFT team quickly contacted the client to understand the project details, site conditions, and schedule. Because the client had no previous experience with similar projects, we not only offered a quotation but also provided detailed pit drawings. These drawings were used as a guide for civil construction and helped the client plan the site correctly and avoid later modification costs
Based on the client’s requirements, we provided a complete solution with the following main specifications:

Load capacity: 8000 kg

Project Challenge
The main challenge of this project was not technical, but building trust with the client.
The client had no experience with importing products before, so they were very careful about choosing a supplier. They had concerns about product quality, company strength, and after-sales support.
To help the client feel more confident, we provided our business license, factory address, and company information for reference. We also shared the contact details of our local distributor in Peru, so the client could verify us through a local partner. This greatly improved trust.
In addition, we arranged online video meetings and a remote factory tour. Through live video, the client could see our workshop, production process, assembly line, and quality inspection system. This gave the client a clear understanding of our real manufacturing ability.
During Zoom meetings, we also showed how the equipment works, how it is operated, and how it is installed. This helped the client better understand the product and reduced their concerns step by step
Full Project Support

Because the project timeline was tight and full air freight cost was very high, the client finally decided to buy only the main parts and build the steel structure locally. We clearly listed all supplied parts in the quotation to avoid any misunderstanding.
During production, we kept updating the client with progress photos, assembly photos, and packing photos. This helped the client clearly know the order status at every stage.
To meet the urgent delivery schedule, we speeded up production and preparation. The original delivery date was June 5, but we finished all production and shipment preparation by June 3, two days earlier than planned.
For packaging, we carefully packed every part and added protection to avoid any damage during long-distance shipping.
We also prepared a detailed packing list showing the quantity, specification, and photos of each part. This made it easy for the client to check the goods after arrival.
In addition, we provided full installation manuals and technical documents, and we gave remote technical support when needed during installation
