On December 15, 2025, we received an inquiry from a client in Germany who wanted to install a four-post car lift in his home to access his car to the second floor.
The client had already visited several factories in several cities in Shandong Province but was not satisfied. Before leaving China, he contacted us again. Since he was already at the airport preparing to depart, he couldn’t visit the factory in person. We sent him some factory production videos and details.
The client couldn’t dig a pit on-site, so we will design a ramp for him to get in and out of his car, similar to the image below.
We showed our clients photos of the production and delivery of our seven four-post units in Kuwait.
Photos of the outbound call box and control cabinet.
To facilitate the operation of the equipment’s lifting mechanism, the customer wanted to add a remote control to the outbound call box. Our remote control is shown below.
Our equipment’s painting process is completed in-house, while the shot blasting is done off-site. We perform shot blasting first, followed by painting, which reduces the likelihood of rusting.
The customer requested detachable guardrails, as they sometimes need to get in and out of vehicles from the side. We designed detachable guardrails that are secured with screws.
The preliminary plan is as follows:
The detailed photos we provided to the client are as follows:
The client contacted us regarding their steel structure building. After communication, we discovered that our equipment needed to be installed inside their steel structure workshop. Based on their initial design drawings, we found that the gap between the platform and the second-floor platform was too large, posing a safety hazard for getting in and out of vehicles and for people to pass through. Our technical team discussed solutions overnight, increasing the platform size, and ultimately proposed the following solution.
We continued our production work according to the new drawings. After the frame was completed, we began shot blasting. The completed shot blasting photo is shown below:
