Luxury Platform lift in Batangas, Philippines
Client Background
Joshua is our authorized agent in the Philippines. This project is a two-level villa home lift located in Batangas. We first received the client’s inquiry in September 2025, when the villa construction had not yet started, with only architectural drawings available. The client wanted to know the estimated cost and required reserved space on site in advance, so relevant space could be pre-allocated during the building construction phase.
Per the construction drawings, the only area that fits the lift installation is the space in the middle of the staircase. Based on the client’s usage requirements, we provided two design schemes with different dimensions for the client to select the suitable one.
We supplied two alternative options.
1.Hydraulic Residential Lift Structure:
Shaft dimensions: 1200 × 1500 mm
Car dimensions: 900 × 900 mm
Speed: 0.15–0.2 m/s
2.Traction Drive Structure
Shaft dimensions: 1200 × 1500 mm
Car dimensions: 800 × 1000 mm
Speed: 0.4 m/s

Ask the client to reserve the shaft dimensions as required by us.
In March 2026, Joshua sent us a message stating that the client’s villa had been completed, yet the on-site dimensions were altered. The measurements taken at their site are as follows:
- Two levels
- Lifting height: 3.7 m
- On-site pit depth: 120 mm
- The site has limited width, only 920 mm, with a length of 1500 mm
- Access directions: front side for ground floor, left side for second floor

Based on the updated dimensions provided by the client, a hydraulic lift structure is viable here. Standard traction passenger lifts can no longer fit the space, so we can only adopt a traction platform lift solution. We will immediately issue dimension drawings for both options.

After comprehensive consideration, the client opted for the platform lift structure. It offers a larger car space and matches the interior decoration style of the villa. We sent the optional accessories list to the customer, and the client selected the configurations as below:
