On April 16, 2026, we received an inquiry from Peru regarding Dock leveler. The customer needed custom-sized loading ramps with a load capacity of 6 tons.
The customer’s on-site installation environment is as follows: it is used for parking and unloading at a warehouse dock. We designed the product dimensions and height according to the customer’s size requirements and provided it to the customer, which fully meets the customer’s on-site requirements.
The client has many dock projects requiring loading ramps. The first order serves as a sample order to check product quality, with more orders expected later.
Production Details: We have a complete integrated production process, from cutting and welding to assembly, all fully automated.
Our board material details show that we use 6mm thick patterned board.
