Sydney Residential Precinct Project – 2 Hydraulic Domestic Lifts
This is a repeat order from our established Australian agent. These will be the 5th and 6th units purchased within three months, and two units from the 10-home lift project we quoted to the customer back in 2025.

- Lifting height: 3000mm
- Headroom height: 2700mm
- Pit depth: only 150mm
We offered two alternatives: hydraulic traction lift and traction machine lift.
Hydraulic Solution:
Car size: 1070 × 900 mm; manual swing door clear opening width up to 900 mm.
Traction Solution:
Car size: 850 × 1100 mm; maximum clear opening width of manual swing door limited to 700 mm.
After comprehensive evaluation of space utilisation, door opening width and other factors, the customer finally selected the hydraulic lift solution.
We have supplied drawings and quotation based on the dimensions provided by the customer.
After the contract was finalised, the customer selected their preferred model.

Six units have been delivered consecutively within merely three months, which consolidates the partnership with our core local agent and reshapes the original agency channel landscape dominated by established local elevator brands.
Standardised Implementation: Design, production and certification are fully carried out in accordance with Australia’s local elevator safety standard AS 1735. We have established a three-in-one service model featuring pre-certification, customisation on demand and local after-sales support. This project verifies that our products are suitable for multiple scenarios including Australian residences, villas and retrofitting works on existing buildings.
Long-term Market Foundation: The successful delivery of this 10-unit bulk project lays solid product and reputation groundwork for future bulk repeat orders, recruitment of new agents and tender projects for residential precinct supporting facilities across Australia.
Future Market Plan
XYZLIFT will continue to adopt Australia’s AS 1735 safety standard as the benchmark for product R&D. We will keep upgrading lightweight hydraulic domestic lifts characterised by shallow pits, compact shaft dimensions and premium appearance. Optimised solutions will be developed for segmented scenarios such as standalone villas, townhouse communities and old building renovations.
