4.5m 5000kgs Melbourne car turntable
We received an inquiry from Frank in December 2025.
He planned to install a car turntable in the parking lot of his property in Sydney, Australia, and got our contact information through a mutual friend.
The client put forward the following core technical requirements for the equipment:
- Rated load capacity: 5 tons (5000kg)
- Turntable platform diameter: 4.5 meters
- Outdoor installation design, reserved pit depth 250mm
After sorting out and confirming all customer requirements, we promptly issued complete construction drawings and a formal quotation for his reference. However, the construction of the client’s residence had not yet started at that time, so the whole project was put on hold for a long time pending site preparation.
In July 2026, Frank sent us a follow-up message to inform us that the on-site civil works were underway and the pit foundation was being constructed. He hoped we could arrange shipment as soon as possible and deliver the equipment to Melbourne within roughly one month to match his construction schedule.
After receiving the official purchase order, we confirmed the surface finish colour of the turntable with the client. He requested a tone close to natural concrete grey, so the turntable could blend seamlessly with the surrounding ground without extra decorative treatment on site. Once the colour scheme was finalized, we kicked off mass production immediately and finished the whole manufacturing process in just 10 working days to shorten the delivery cycle.

2.Variable frequency drive system for smooth rotation
We equipped the turntable with an AC frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation. The rotating process becomes stable and silent, avoiding sudden jolts during start-up and stop, which protects vehicles and improves operation comfort.
3.Operation & rainproof safety warning panel
The main local control panel is fitted with rainproof sealing structure, with clear operation labels, emergency stop button, forward (CW) / reverse (CCW) rotation buttons and power indicator. The panel is printed with detailed safety precautions to standardize daily operation and remind operators of electric shock hazards, overload prohibition and pre-operation site inspection requirements.
4.Waterproof wireless remote controller dedicated for outdoor scenarios
Two sets of IP-rated waterproof remote controllers are supplied as standard accessories. Operators can control forward rotation, reverse rotation, start and emergency stop remotely without standing beside the equipment, bringing higher flexibility and safety for outdoor parking operation.
