Cooperation Journey & Project Background
The formal cooperation journey started on September 19, 2025, when the Bangladesh client contacted our team for professional consultation on industrial goods lifts. The client had strict requirements on equipment stability, load capacity and after-sales service, especially concerning overseas installation, which is a key difficulty for most foreign equipment suppliers.
After in-depth technical communication and solution customization, the client highly recognized our product quality and professional service system. To verify our production strength and equipment manufacturing standards on the spot, the client visited XYZLIFT’s production base in China on January 11, 2026.
During the factory tour, the client inspected our standardized production workshops, advanced processing equipment, strict quality inspection procedures and finished product display. The on-site visit eliminated all concerns about product quality and production capacity. Shortly after returning to Bangladesh, the client completed the prepayment officially, and we immediately launched the customized production of the 2 sets of goods lifts in strict accordance with international industry standards and client requirements.

After the goods were smoothly delivered to Bangladesh Dhaka port, we arranged a professional senior engineer to depart for Dhaka on June 20, 2026, providing door-to-door on-site installation support.
During the on-site service period, our engineer cooperated closely with the client’s local construction team for 19 consecutive days. Following standardized installation processes, international safety specifications and equipment operation standards, we completed the whole process of equipment positioning, assembly, debugging, safety testing and operation verification step by step.
Our on-site installation work covers all details: mechanical assembly calibration, electrical system wiring debugging, safety protection device detection, load test operation, and on-site safety training for local operators. We strictly eliminated potential installation risks to ensure the two goods lifts can achieve stable, safe and long-term normal operation.

After 19 days of precise on-site construction and professional debugging, 2 sets of industrial goods lifts were fully installed and officially put into use successfully. All equipment indicators meet the client’s production and logistics handling requirements, with stable operation, high safety factor and smooth lifting performance.
