Dumbwaiters are widely used in residential areas and restaurant. XYZ dumbwaiter is not only professional in designing but also manufactured according to different installation sizes. XYZ has a special dumbwaiter safety such as interlock residential dumbwaiter with two doors, cabin door, and landing door.
Each floor is created with levelling parts and limited switches. Levelling parts for cabin stop at a specified height. If the levelling parts are damaged, the dumbwaiter will touch the limited switch, which is for protection function.
Emergency stop: If dumbwaiter cabin door gets stuck, the door could not be opened. To do so, press the emergency stop button and the power will be cut off. We can use a mechanical key to open the cabin door as well.
Control panel with key: Residential dumbwaiters are usually not allowed for children to operate. We can turn off the control panel by a key in case of children operating the kitchen lift.
Arrive warning: When the cabin has arrived at the floor, a warning sound rings to open it and take out the food or other loads.
Restaurant dumbwaiter door cannot be opened while the dumbwaiter is running.
Dumbwaiter rope diameter that is used is 8mm. This special steel rope is the one that is also used in the passenger elevator.
A residential dumbwaiter control system is the same as the passenger elevator control system.
