XYZLIFT Mezzanine Goods Lift Comply With the Standard Regulation in Australia – Approved By Safe Work NSW and SGS Australia Pty Ltd.

Customer Background:

Peter works for a smart intralogistics company, which is based in Sydney, Australia. The company specializes in mezzanine racks. Peter ordered 4 mezzanine goods lifts from  XYZLIFT in June 2020.

Client’s Requirements:

The client ordered 4 mezzanine goods lift having up and down warehouse lift functions. Specifications were;

  • Australian standard pallet: 1165mm x 1165mm
  • Maximum pallet weight: 1000kg
  • Ground-level at 0 mm, First level at 3530mm, Second level at 7030mm

The client also required an estimated goods lift price.

Design and Installation:

The design contained three stops as required by the client and a platform size of 1.5*1.5m with a mesh cover. We fooled all regulations.

While filling out the form of the SafeWork NSW, we provided the following details;

  • Electrical diagrams and hydraulic circuit diagram
  • Certificates of the equipment used that include the ropes, hoses, control valves, etc.
  • Brand details and specifications of the hydraulic cylinders.
  • Pressure rating for the hoses and the valves

It was an urgent order. Most of the parts were installed before the steel rust removal process. We also created videos about assembling and operating the system.

The client shared feedback with us and he was happy that the installations were approved by both the Safe Work NSW and SGS Australia.
