How To Install Goods Lift

Step 1: Getting to know each goods lift parts

Main parts are assembled well, such as chain and safety steel rope, and the electric wire are connection well, so the installtaion work is so easy. Now Let’s see which parts you will received.

Parts 1: Goods lift platform.

Parts 2: Goods lift guardrail.

Parts 3: Electric box and controller.

Step 2: Move the goods lift platform to installation site.

Ensure that the installation site’s ground is level and free of debris. And move the platform to the instllation site. Make sure not to place the platform in the wrong direction. We marked A,B,C,D side. Generally,ground floor door open is C side. D side are first floor door open side. A side is with limited switch touch.

Step 3: Connect the guardrail by bolt, and weld them together. A to A, B to B.

Step 4:Set up the guardrail and plug them into the platform.

1.Put two pcs of base plates under platform wheel, there are for fixed the guidrails to the ground.

2. Hang up the guardrail, and plug the guardrail into the platform, platform wheels slid in the guardrail. Please note that A guardrail insert into platform A side, B guardrail insert into platform side B

Remark: Do Not fixed the gauardrail to the base plates or to the wall.

3. Adjust the guardrail are vertical, it is very imporant. Check it by level meter.

4. Fixed the guardrail to the ground and wall temporary. Because we need adjust lift again after goods lift installation.

Step 5: Fixed the chains and wire ropes on platform.

Step 6: Fix limited switch on the guide rail at correct position on each floor level.

Limited switch function: When limited swith touch it, platform will stop. So the limited switch is fixed on correct floor height.

1F: First floor limited switch

2F: Second floor limited switch

3F: Thrid floor limited switch

…

FF: Final limited switch.It will fixed up the final floor limited switch. If final limited switch is damaged, final limited switch will work, prevent goods lift platform lift up to higher height.

We marked details on limited switch, and showed fixed placed on guardrail for limited switch.

Step 7: Pump station connection.

5.1 Add hydarulic oil.

5.2 Connect hydraulic oil pipe to hydraulic cylinder.

Step 8: Electric box connection.

8.1 Electirc wire we marked the number CF and A. Please connect them accordingly.

Wire CF and connect CF on the pump station. This wire is for overload pressure and warning. Pressure gage already set correctly.

Wire A connecto to wire A underplatform. This wire for platform door interlock, door open, lift do not work. Only closed platform door, lift will be work.
