This valuable inquiry came from a loyal French client during my early career days, which I received on Alibaba. The client initially planned to purchase a low-profile scissor lift with bellows curtain for factory cargo lifting.
We first tried to match standard scissor lift models, yet we encountered a technical dilemma: customized low-profile scissor lifts failed to meet the required dimensions, while standard scissor lifts could not satisfy the client’s minimum lifting height requirements.
Rather than giving up or providing compromised solutions, we took the initiative to develop a tailor-made solution. We finally designed a brand-new Vertical Platform Lift with double guide rails. The stable dual-guide-rail structure perfectly supports a 400kg load, fully solving the client’s on-site technical pain points and fitting their factory working conditions perfectly.

The entire production process proceeded smoothly. We updated real-time production progress to the client regularly, enabling fully transparent cooperation. The equipment was shipped consolidated with goods from other suppliers, and the whole logistics process was safe, smooth and delay-free.
