We received two inquiries from our Greek client for a Vertical Platform Lift — first via Google on September 21, 2025, and a follow-up detailed inquiry via Made-in-China on November 5, 2025.
The client provided extremely professional and detailed product requirements, along with real on-site installation photos. They planned to remove the original spiral staircase and convert the circular floor opening to a square one to perfectly adapt to the lift installation. We finalized all technical details and customized specifications on November 14.

1. DDP Shipping Difficulty The client requested DDP delivery to Corfu Island, Greece — a remote area that most freight forwarders refused to serve. After dozens of joint attempts by our team and the client, we finally secured a reliable logistics provider to take the order. The client’s firm trust drove the official start of production.
2. Peak-season Freight Cost Surge & Delayed Schedules Affected by the upcoming New Year holiday, ocean freight prices rose sharply and vessel schedules were delayed. Strictly following the DDP terms, we absorbed all increased freight costs with no extra charges to the client.
3.Additional Tariff Costs Facing unexpected tariff increases, we took the initiative to cover all extra tariff expenses, sparing no effort to eliminate obstacles and ensure smooth delivery for the client.
Production&Shipping
During production, we continuously shared real-time production photos and progress updates, keeping the client fully informed of every production stage.
Finally we shipped the vertical platform lift to the detailed address as the client provided.
