Background
In June, we received an inquiry from Peter, a homeowner in Adelaide, who was looking for a home lift for his new 3-story house, which was yet to be constructed. Peter informed us that he would design the elevator shaft based on the dimensions we provided. Accordingly, we prepared a customized home lift solution as per his requirements.

- Choose home lift type:
➔The shaft walls will be constructed on-site by the client, and the home lift will be installed inside the Self-built shaft. Therefore, there is no need to provide an aluminum alloy frame structure with glass.
➔ Considering the traction gantry type, where the car is supported and guided by guide rails on both sides, the force distribution is more symmetrical and stable, resulting in smoother operation and better comfort. Therefore, we recommend the traction gantry solution to Peter.
- Design home lift according to shaft size. Overhead and pit size is enough, we confirm gantry traction home lift.
- Because the house is timber frame kind, could not bearing weight, so we supply bent steel plate shaft.
Confirm car and landing door design
Many kind car wall, ceiling, floor type could be choose, different color stainless steel car wall, with or without etching, call wall also could be wooden panel. Car door could be PVC kind or marble kind.
