14 days to close 9 scissor lifts
The cooperation for synchronized stationary scissor lift platforms represents an overseas project successfully implemented with rapid response, professional technical support and efficient communication services at its core.
Only 15 days passed from the initial inquiry to order signing. With precise demand positioning and comprehensive technical services, we successfully gained customer recognition and finalized the cooperation agreement.
On October 31, 2025, we received an inquiry from the customer for 9 stationary scissor lifts. The equipment was required to maintain synchronization without any physical connection, and operate in groups of three units with arbitrary combination functionality.
Project Parameters:
- Platform size: 5500 × 1450 mm
- Load capacity: 2000 kgs
- Travel height: 3000 mm
- Min height: 800 mm
- Equipped with movable castors
Having completed similar projects previously, we immediately sent the customer relevant case videos and photos to build trust with real references.
On the same day, we provided the quotation and technical drawings, and accurately understood the customer’s core requirement of grouping in threes with flexible combinations, laying a solid foundation for subsequent technical communication.
On November 4, the customer requested a project meeting and specifically noted in advance that we should focus on preparing an explanation of the synchronized lifting principle and equipment operation instructions.
To ensure a professional and efficient discussion, we compiled past cases and shared videos demonstrating the synchronized lifting system with the customer. We also supplemented a large number of on-site photos from similar projects and equipment operation videos, further strengthening the customer’s recognition of our technical capabilities.
On November 5, shortly after the meeting, the customer expressed a new intention to cooperate and informed us that one of their colleagues would visit our factory for an inspection, requesting us to prepare a full set of equipment drawings.
On November 10, Mr. Han, entrusted by the customer, visited our factory as scheduled.
We prepared all required documents in advance for on-site presentation, conducted professional stress analysis focusing on the key technical challenges of the equipment, and provided Mr. Han with a detailed explanation supported by drawings and similar project cases.
On November 11, we completed the compilation and review of all documents on the customer’s requirement list and sent them to the customer in full.
