In March this year, we received another inquiry from our long-term Australian partner, Cass. She runs a successful local elevator company and has collaborated with XYZLIFT on multiple projects.
This time, she needed a solution for a Yunnan cuisine restaurant in Australia: a dumbwaiter/food lift system to transport dishes and food between the second-floor kitchen and the ground-floor dining area.

Professional Solution Based on Experience
- Based on the customer’s requirements and our extensive experience in manufacturing dumbwaiters, we recommended a window-type dumbwaiter with counterweight. This design uses a side-mounted counterweight block, effectively reducing motor load and wire rope wear, resulting in higher operational safety and stability.
- We provided detailed quotations and drawings. For the kitchen environment, we offered as standard food-grade stainless steel cabinets and landing doors, and optimized the control system to improve leveling accuracy and prevent spillage.
- Regarding the single-phase power supply, we installed a frequency inverter in the electrical panel, successfully converting single-phase power to three-phase to ensure proper equipment operation.
Pre-Delivery Preparation for Worry-Free After-Sales Support
Even though Cass is our long-term customer, we maintain the same rigorous standards for every order. For each piece of equipment, we provide customized installation documentation.
More thoughtfully, we have prepared “foolproof” plugs and labels for all on-site wiring connections. Installers only need to follow the labels and connect the corresponding plugs together – for example, connect plug1-1, plug 2-2, plug 3-3… without requiring specialized electrical knowledge.

In addition, we provided production progress photos at each stage and recorded complete operational and load test videos for customer confirmation before shipment. For international shipping, we used ISPM-15 compliant wooden crates suitable for sea freight.
