Customer Background: A Repeat Inquiry Built on Trust
This March, we received an inquiry from our returning Thai customer, Suniitar. She was looking for a suitable supplier for a new hydraulic goods lift project. Our team was very pleased to receive her inquiry and looked forward to working with her again.
Core Challenge : Meeting the "Italian Cylinder" Specification
During the initial inquiry phase, Suniitar mentioned the most important requirement: her customer needed an Italian-brand cylinder.
To this end, we quickly took action and contacted multiple agents for Italian cylinder brands in the Chinese market. However, our research revealed that most of these cylinders were used for crane truck arms and were not suitable for hydraulic lift applications.
The XYZLIFT team did not give up and continued to explore new possibilities. Eventually, we noticed that the Italian brand GMV had cylinders used in hydraulic home lift applications.
We quickly contacted a GMV agent. Initially, they informed us that their cylinders had not been previously used for lifts. However, we did not stop there; we promptly arranged for our technical team to connect with the GMV agent. After in-depth discussions between our engineers and the agent, the GMV agent finally confirmed that they could customize cylinders specifically for our hydraulic goods lift.
Suniitar was very grateful for our tremendous efforts in this matter. This outcome successfully helped us earn her deep trust.
Rapid Progress and Sudden Design Changes
Suniitar then sent us the project drawings and asked us to design and produce accordingly. After our technicians carefully reviewed the design and confirmed it could be manufactured as specified, we quickly received the official order from Suniitar and promptly arranged the production schedule.
However, one week later, Suniitar informed us that the equipment design required some changes. We quickly paused production and communicated with her about the new details.
The changes she mentioned included:
–The opening height of the platform lift-up door was changed from 3000mmW*1200mmH to 3000mmW*2000mmH
-The platform door was changed from manual operation to automatic operation
-Addition of an automatic lift-up landing door

Suniitar also raised some functional requirements:
**Door Operating Instructions:
- Press the lift open button at the landing. Both door panels will open.
- Load the goods inside the lift platform.
- Press the lift close button at the landing. Both door panels will close.
- Select the destination floor from the landing control panel.
**The door cannot be opened under the following conditions:
1. The lift is in motion.
2.The lift is not stopped at the corresponding landing position.
Faced with these sudden changes, our sales and technical teams quickly held an emergency meeting to discuss the feasibility of the plan. Finally, we confirmed the following solution:

Successful Delivery and Customer Feedback
Now, we have successfully shipped the goods to Suniitar. She expressed her heartfelt thanks for our exceptional cooperation and rapid response following the design changes, specifically noting that we provided timely and perfect solutions that helped them solve a significant problem.
Through this project, Suniitar witnessed firsthand the XYZLIFT team’s ability to adapt when facing complex custom projects and unexpected situations, which further deepened her trust in us. She stated that she would prioritize collaborating with us on all future new projects.
