Two floors Dumbwaiter for Luxury Yacht
In June 2025, we received an inquiry from a Vietnamese client. After browsing our official website, the client showed strong interest in our marine dumbwaiter, as a stable, durable and space‑adapted dumbwaiter was required for their luxury yacht under construction.
At that time, the yacht hull was still in the design stage. Every step of the dumbwaiter’s design and technical parameters required professional approval from the shipping company, with extremely high standards for compliance, adaptability and professionalism.

In addition to basic specifications, the client had two core challenges:
First, the yacht shaft space was fixed, so the equipment must precisely fit the reserved dimensions while meeting the operational space requirements for marine installation and maintenance.
Second, the yacht operates long-term in a high-humidity, high-salt marine environment, where standard dumbwaiters are prone to rust, corrosion and jamming. A full anti-corrosion and anti-rust design was essential to ensure long-term stable performance.
Customized Design & Full Support for Approval Process
After receiving the client’s requirements, our technical team built a 1:1 3D model of the yacht shaft space, simulating the full integration of the equipment into the hull shaft. We delivered customized drawings and a complete solution that perfectly matched the client’s parameters.
The solution not only accurately fulfilled key specifications including car size, lifting height and load capacity, but also fully accommodated special requirements for shipbuilding, with compliant space reserved for installation and maintenance.
Throughout the entire hull design cycle, we fully supported the client’s approval process. We adjusted drawings promptly based on feedback from the shipping company, supplemented technical documents, tracked approval progress in real time, and ensured the smooth passage of the design without delaying the yacht’s design and construction schedule.
Special Marine Anti-Corrosion Design for All-Round Durability
Targeting the extreme high-salt, high-humidity marine environment, we developed a comprehensive anti-corrosion and anti-rust solution tailored for this equipment.
From core components to structural frames, multiple layers of protection were applied to fundamentally solve the problem of rust and corrosion commonly faced by marine equipment.
- All core components in 304 stainless steel:The car is fully constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel. The door ropes use corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel wire cables, and all fixing screws and fasteners are also 304 stainless steel. This directly resists salt spray erosion and prevents parts from rusting or jamming.
- Dual anti-corrosion treatment for structural parts:The car gantry, main frame, and all auxiliary metal components first undergo complete hot-dip galvanizing to form a dense first-layer anti-corrosion barrier. They are then finished with outdoor-grade weather-resistant baking paint. This dual protection effectively isolates the equipment from high-humidity, high-salt marine air and greatly extends service life.
- Upgraded moisture and salt spray protection for the electrical system:In response to the humid marine environment, all electrical components are sealed and moisture-proofed. The control cabinet has an IP54 protection rating, effectively preventing short circuits and component aging caused by salt spray and moisture intrusion, ensuring stable operation in marine conditions.
Production has been completed and the equipment is awaiting installation.
