In July, we received an inquiry from a Fiji company about a warehouse lift. The client, a stainless steel fittings and materials company, was procuring the lift for his client. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Platform size: 3200*1800
2. Load capacity: 3000kg
3. Lifting height: 3500mm
4. 180-degree entry and exit
5. Fully enclosed mesh cage shaft , shaft top sealed, and standard safety swing cage door for each landing.
The drawings provided are as follows, based on the client’s requirements.
The completed safety and details are shown below:
1. Safety cage cabin + safety net door
2.Locking device, the door hinges of the car use black Draco material.
3. Omron electric bolt lock for the floor door (with power failure protection, the door will not open automatically during a power outage).
4. Siemens Bede Motor
5. Omron limit switch
6.The distribution box has a power cut-off knob on the side, which can be used to cut off the power in case of an emergency.
7. Overload alarm;
8. Manual descent;
9. Hydraulic cylinder with explosion-proof valve;
10. Machine does not work when door is open; door will not open until the floor level is reached;
