A restaurant located in a mountainous area of suburban Australia is preparing to install a dumbwaiter. Because the restaurant’s architectural plans did not include a location for the dumbwaiter, the client has chosen to install it outdoors.
The current construction status of the restaurant is shown in the image.
The client plans to install this dumbwaiter at the rear of the house. We will provide the equipment and shaft frame for installation. The equipment and shaft frame can be installed first, and then the shaft frame can be enclosed with concrete or prefabricated panels.
Based on the actual site conditions, a window-type dumbwaiter is more suitable for the client. The elevator uses double doors (one on the landing and one on the car) to prevent goods from rolling and falling. It is equipped with an electromagnetic lock; if the door is opened, the elevator will stop running. The elevator will not open the door until it reaches the designated floor. It also features an overload alarm.
