Our recent client from Australia, John, is the CEO of one of the big and well-known companies. He is a professional engineer, and his company is known for its orbital welding and pipe welding services, especially stainless steel tube welding. Being popular for their incredible services and lots of clients, they needed a goods lift supplier to manufacture a lift tube at the warehouse. The previous experience of Mr. John with another lift company was not so good. So after the loss of their investment on the lifts, they needed services at affordable goods lift price. After his research, he came to us with his requirements and wanted to hire us as a goods lift manufacturer for this project.
Our Design & Solution:
As soon as John contacted us, we asked him to send us a details inquiry at first, as we wanted to examine the requirements. He needed the lift load capacity of 4t with a platform size of 2m x 2m, and a height of 3.2m. We sent him a perfect design plan with an affordable goods lift price.
Our professional team of experts did a thorough research about the company to know their situation better. We came to realize that we should create a lift tube with a safe movement with an added guardrail around the platform. In addition to that, they needed to carry stainless steel in the goods lift, so we decided to install an overload warning. Being an experienced goods lift manufacturer, we knew that the goods lift should be perfect and safe as it is going to carry a lot more weight on a daily basis.
Another important measure that we kept in mind was that there would be a constant tube welding work at the warehouse. At the same time, their team would be using the goods lift, so we worried that the voltage might not be stable. To prevent any issue, we added a voltage display on the electric lift box, for which we used the electric parts of the brand called Schneider. Besides, we added an electric toe guard, as safety comes first. In case, there is a worker under the platform; a toe-touch guard will allow the lift to stop. We had to cover all the important measures at affordable goods lift price for our customer’s full satisfaction. Additionally, it was important to add a support bar to maintain a scissor lift as the support bar will jack up the top platform. The vertical guide rails were also added to ensure that the scissor lift structure is 100% safe.
