Client Background
This customer is a well-established local manufacturing enterprise based in Saudi Arabia, with multiple production facilities located across the industrial zones in Eastern Saudi Arabia. Since establishing our first business partnership back in 2019, the client has placed successive orders for various aerial work equipment, including self-propelled scissor lifts, stationary scissor lifts and accessibility lifts. They are a key strategic client of ours in the Middle East market.
Quick recap of client requirements:
The factory has two floors in total, with a floor height of 3 meters between the ground floor and the second floor. For safety purposes, we have installed additional limit switches at the top to prevent hazards caused by overtravel to the top limit.
The platform size is 1600×1600 mm.
The platform surface adopts anti-slip patterned steel plate design, and safety guardrails are installed around the perimeter to prevent goods from sliding off.
Pit depth: 150mm. The customer mentioned that excavating a pit on site would be inconvenient, so we supplied a ramp for loading and unloading goods.
Entry & exit direction: front entry, rear exit, through-type access.
The guardrail doors are equipped with a power cut-off function upon opening. The lift will stop operation once any single door is opened, and it can only start running when all platform doors are fully closed for safety protection.
Load capacity: 1000 kgs.
An overload alarm function is equipped. When the load exceeds the rated capacity, the lift will stop operating and sound an alarm.
Once the requirements were confirmed, we submitted the technical drawings to the client.
Inspection photos after production completion:
After passing inspection, the unit will be packed in wooden cases and shipped via logistics.
Meanwhile, the customer also asked us to source oil drum trolleys for them. The client’s requirements are as follows:
