Richard owns a transportation company in Peru that engages in import and export trade.
In 2022, Richard ordered two scissor lift from our company for his client. The client has been using them well for three years without any after-sales issues.
In June 2025, the client sent a new inquiry saying that he wanted to buy another one.
We quickly resent a new quotation to the customer based on the previous pricing parameters.

Client request: For safety reasons, please add as many security measures as possible.
What we do:
1. Four wheels with brakes
2. Four outriggers with safety sensors; the equipment cannot be raised or lowered without the outriggers extended, effectively preventing the risk of tipping over when the outriggers are not engaged.
3. Safety sensors added to the guardrail gate; the equipment cannot be raised or lowered if the gate is not properly closed.
4. A bellows cover added to the equipment’s exterior to effectively prevent the risk of fingers being pinched during raising or lowering.
5. An audible and visual alarm added; the equipment will emit a buzzer and flashing lights during use to alert pedestrians that the equipment is in use and should not be approached.
6. An angle sensor added; the equipment cannot be raised or lowered beyond 3 degrees, effectively preventing the risk of tipping over when used on sloping surfaces.
After reviewing the quote, the client expressed satisfaction with the added safety features, stating that they were exactly what they needed. These features not only improved the safety of the equipment but also demonstrated the company’s high level of responsibility for user safety. They added that these improvements effectively reduced on-site operational risks and expressed their hope to continue this cooperative model to jointly improve product quality.
