Two Villa Elevators Project in Sydney
On February 15, 2026, we received an inquiry for the Antoun villa elevator project from our long-term regular client.
This is a renovation project for a local semi-detached villa. Similar to the previous Asfour project, the entire shaft is surrounded by existing concrete walls on four sides, so no glass shaft is required for this site.

The automatic side sliding door is adopted here, same as the Asfour project. Taking Australian standards and accessibility for wheelchair users into account, the clear door opening width is set at 900 mm, and the car dimension is 1100 mm × 1400 mm.
The headroom height is only 2700 mm. The client initially wanted a starry ceiling inside the car, which would limit both the internal car height and door opening height to 1900 mm. This height is relatively low for local Australians. Since the end customer insisted on installing the starry ceiling, our technical team developed a flat ceiling solution. We also produced renderings in various color options for the client to pick from.

We received the customer’s deposit on April 5th. The customer requested installation in June. We shipped the goods as scheduled on May 1st. The four elevators were fully manufactured within 25 days.
Currently, all units have arrived at the site, and installation will commence on June 20th.
