Customer Background:
Our recent customer, named Chris lives in Maputo, Mozambique. Chris works for a well-known company that manufactures sugar and other food products in Africa. They needed a safe and efficient warehouse goods lift for transporting 50 kg flour bags from the 1st floor to the ground floor. Requirements also included a platform sized 4m*2m with the capacity to carry 18 palletized bags. As XYZLIFT is well-known for the hydraulic goods lift, cargo elevator, and warehouse goods lift, our client trusted us for a secure and economical hydraulic goods lift.
Our Design & Solution:
According to our client’s requirement, XYZLIFT presented a solution of cargo elevator for bigger load capacity. Hydraulic goods lift had a power of 15kw to carry goods easily from one floor to another with a load capacity of 10t. Total height of lift was 5460mm, with a platform size of 4m*2m. The client mainly uses the warehouse goods lift to move cargo from the first floor to the ground floor but the lift solution presented had an anti-drop system. When the loaded cargo is on the first floor, the lift platform will not decline, instead, it will be stable because of our efficient anti-drop system.
The hydraulic lift had a fully enclosed mesh cover as a safety feature. When the mesh cover is opened, the lift does not work which ensures the safety of goods and prevents people from any harm while the lift is working.
