Customer's background & requirements
Priscilla, a procurement officer at an Australian construction company, sent an inquiry about a goods lift one evening. The inquiry email detailed requirements regarding platform size, lifting height, load capacity, and the need for protective mesh. However, we were unsure whether there was a pit at the installation site. Upon receiving the inquiry, we immediately called Priscilla to confirm this detail. She informed us that there was no pit on-site and briefly checked with us about the lead time.
From this inquiry and the follow-up call, we gathered the following key information:
-Platform size: 2000*1350mm
-Lifting height: 2350mm
-Load capacity: 200kg
-Pit: No pit, ramp required
-With protective mesh
That same evening, the XYZLIFT team sent a detailed quotation to Priscilla so she could submit it to her boss for review first thing the next morning. We also sent her the lift drawings early the next day. Priscilla was impressed by our efficiency, which helped her quickly submit the proposal to her boss.
Customer's concerns & challenges
While waiting for feedback from Priscilla’s boss, she asked if we could provide local installation and maintenance support in Perth, Australia. We have a partner in Australia, Michael, who has already helped us complete numerous goods lift installations across various Australian cities. Excitingly, Michael is also based in Perth. Priscilla quickly got in touch with him, and Michael conducted an on-site inspection at the location—a newly constructed factory.
Impressed by our efficient workflow, professionalism, and ability to provide local installation support, Priscilla happily informed us that they needed to install total 4 units of goods lifts. The challenges they faced included:
1-The platform cabin size must accommodate a trolley larger than 850*1100*1700mm (H)
2-Three of the lifts would be installed side-by-side, requiring sufficiently long hydraulic hoses with a thickness that allows easy passage through the rear wall
3-How to secure the top of the guide rails

XYZLIFT's solutions
XYZLIFT provided the following solutions:
1-Due to the considerable height of the trolley, we used an enclosed mesh cabin to prevent the trolley from falling off the platform during lifting caused by excessively low guardrails. Based on the trolley dimensions, we switched the originally planned 125H steel to 100H steel, allowing us to increase the platform size and ensure the trolley can be accommodated safely.
2-We supplied hydraulic hoses with a diameter of 24mm and a length of 20 meters.
3-We included connection brackets with the shipment for securing the top of the guide rails to the adjacent wall, ensuring the rails remain stable without shaking.
Customer's feedback
After several rounds of parameter adjustments, Priscilla finalized the solution and sent the procurement plan. She shared the reasons why they chose us:
-Quick initial quotation and rapid response to preliminary inquiries
-Timely product drawing and design
-Professional answers to product-related questions
-Highly professional installation team
