In June of this year, a customer from Germany sent an inquiry about towable boom lift through Google, aiming to improve the efficiency of aerial work and to expand into the German aerial lift market. The customer’s target height was 20 meters, but due to German law, the towing weight cannot exceed 3,500 kg. Therefore, we recommended that the customer choose the 18-meter model.
The client flew in from Germany to the factory, and we confirmed the details of this project, as follows. Based on the client’s requirements, we made improvements and upgrades to the product:
1. Add an anti-accidental touch handle as the main control handle. The handle is in standby mode when it is in the middle position. Pushing it upwards will raise and lower the equipment, and pulling it downwards will operate the outriggers.
2. Upgraded upper control remote, with added anti-collision support structure. The anti-collision protection frame prevents injury to hands from impacts or obstructions during operation.
3. Outrigger limit switches: Once the outriggers reach the designated extended position, the limit switches are triggered, allowing the equipment to begin lifting operations. This function prevents the risk of tipping over when the outriggers are not in the correct position.

Add emergency batteries to prevent emergency situations
Aiming at the limitation of traditional trailers that “manual emergency lowering requires the cooperation of multiple people”, we added two backup batteries, which can realize single-person operation and can be easily lowered on the platform or on the ground.
