Services we Offered:
We offered them a customized scissor lift with the CE standard EN81-41, including required specs. The lift had a capacity of carrying the load of 3500kg. Not many scissor lift suppliers can afford to do that, however we provided them with the lift of 3500*4500mm and height 7000mm.
Before every served, we prefer discussing every tiny detail with the customer and provide different samples of designs. We discuss things like lifting height, lift, color safety switches on the platform, or if they want some additional features. They choose the best suited sample, and then we make changes several times to present the perfect solution to them according to their requirements. The scissor lifts that we manufacture are highly customized, just the way our clients ask us for.
Our services do not only include free designs and drawings before the order but also manuals and videos with all the important instructions in English. While the process of manufacturing and installation, we send images to them at every step to get their feedback. Our instructions include all the important, fully explained about how to run the customized scissor lift showing all operational units. On the delivery, we also provide the shipping documents custom clearance to our clients.
