Our customer, who is Southeast Asia’s leading business-to-business packaging and warehousing solutions provider in Singapore, reached out to us. He needed a safe and high-quality loading dock lift installed for his headquarters. He required an advance solution including 2 units of dock lifts for both cargo loading and offloading to the truck for outside use. Our customer decided to hire us as he knew his all requirements can only be catered by XYZTECH.
The Solution and Services we Provided:
We provided them dock lift with a loading capacity of 4000KG and the platform of the lift was made 2.5x4m. According to the space given to us, the lifting height was maintained 1.5m for an easy and hassle-free movement.
We included some additional features too for the security and safe experience which made our customer so happy. We added roll-off guards to prevent roll-off issues during loading and unloading in the dock lift. The loading dock lift also had a removable handrail meeting the safety requirements for travelling operations. The best feature added to the dock lift was that it could be conveniently controlled by remote control for up and down movement.
